Our range of cottages provide great access to local cities Glasgow and Edinburgh. Why not take a trip to Edinburgh to visit the castle or take in the inspiration behind Harry Potter? Failing that, why not visit in August for the world famous Edinburgh Fringe? Edinburgh has a massive history to enjoy. Edinburgh Castle, for instance was first inhabited in the second century AD. We’re proud to present a range of Dog friendly cottages in Southern Scotland from which to choose.
Only an hour from Edinburgh via train, Glasgow is the most populous city in Scotland. Bars, pus and clubs, Glasgow has it all. European City of Culture since 1990, Glasgow has a thriving music, dramatic and operatic scene. From The Glasgow Royal Concert Hall to the King’s Theatre, there is plenty of opportunity to enjoy some culture.
Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park is an hour from Glasgow, offering a fantastic range of stunning landscapes to enjoy. Carron Valley on the other hand, offers activities such as swimming, sailing or mountain biking through the gorgeous valley.
