The perfect place for your family / group to holiday or take a break near Padstow in Cornwall. This 18th Century Manor House has been tastefully restored and offers a 'Country Home' style accommodation including a lovely warm and comfortable lounge and a luxury Spa Pool Jacuzzi for use of our adult guests in the private garden.
The house boasts a traditional farmhouse kitchen with AGA, electric hob and ovens with seating in the open plan dining area. There is also a formal dining room which can seat 25+. There are 8 bedrooms; so room for your whole group.
Guests will love the location as the house is just 3 miles from Padstow, on the North Cornwall coast and is the ideal venue for guests of all ages looking to experience the many attractions of Cornwall.
If you fancy being pampered during your stay, please ask about our range of catered options for Activity Breaks and Family Holidays. During these breaks guests can indulge in aromatherapy massages, activities and good food, without having to do the cooking and clearing up! We also have a Chef, so if you'd like a special celebratory dinner one evening, please get in touch!
Hen Weekends can also be accepted which could be self-catered or a fully organised Hen Activity Package that can include a combination of activity and pampering massages!

Outside Description
To the front of the house is a large drive and gravelled parking area. Parking is allowed on the gravel area and outside the front wall, however we request that for your safety you leave access up the drive for emergency vehicles. Further parking is available across the road and in the church car park.
There is quite a large garden to the rear, accessed through the 'Galley' Private Kitchen. The garden enjoys south westerly direction, giving it sun for most of the afternoon and evening (weather permitting!)
There is a large patio area with dining table and chairs and a decking area with further furniture and a large gas BBQ. The hot tub is also situated on the decking.
The grassed area also has a number of seating benches for your enjoyment.
To the rear of the garden are the boat stores and we ask that guests do not climb or access this equipment.
Downstairs Description
The 'Farmhouse' Kitchen has a large Aga with 2 hobs and 2 ovens, an electric hob and 2 electric ovens. The kitchen has plenty of space for cooking and food preparation and as a meeting area for your group (let's face it all the best parties are in the kitchen!)
Open plan to the kitchen is a dining area with long pine tables and benches
There is a beautiful formal dining room which easily seats 25 guests for that special dinner!
Across the hall is the lovely, bright and comforatble lounge with 3 large sofas and TV/DVD etc.
There is a shower room and WC on this floor too.
There is a wonderful period sweeeping staircase leading to the first floor with a large modernised bathroom half way up.
First Floor Description
The first floor has 3 very large multi bedded rooms, with singles and bunk beds, two of which are ensuite rooms.
The fourth room on this floor is a perfectly formed twin bedded room!
There are stairs up to the second floor leading to more bedrooms and also stairs down to a shower 'wet room'
Second Floor and Above Description
Just before you reach the second floor is a large bedroom with multiple single beds and some bunk beds. It is in the eaves and has two large roof windows making it airy and light.
Further up and along the hall are 2 very pretty twin bedded rooms and a further quad room (4 x single beds).
There are also a shower room and a WC on this floor.
