The North Cornwall coast is famous for its stunning views and coastal walks and Rosehill Lodges is just five minutes walk to Porthtowan’s surf blessed sandy Blue Flag beach. Newquay, St Ives, the Eden Project, Lands’ End and the National Maritime Museum in Falmouth are all just 30mins drive away. Truro is a mere 15 minute drive away and there is plenty to do in the local area without even having to drive anywhere. The South West Coast Path is a stones throw away and the 'coast 2 coast' bike trail a 10 minute ride away, with bike hire and horse-riding also available locally. So, park, leave the car keys in your lodge and take that well deserved break.

Outside Description
The main decking area faces into the woodland to the rear of the lodge. It has a table with chair and benches and offers the opportunity to dine alfresco whatever the weather. Nestled in the corner is the large 4-person hot-tub in a wonderfully private position. A level path leads out onto the lawned garden area outside the lodge. The outside cupboard on the side decking has some outdoor games equipment and the lower field at the bottom of the drive has a badminton net set up, should anyone wish to play. In addition you have the benefit of an external heated drench shower on the side decking of Wheal Fox which is ideal for washing the sand and salt off at the end of a relaxing day on the beach.
Downstairs Description
Access to Wheal Fox is on the level to both entrances. Entering via the side-decking entrance leads into a short corridor at the end of which turning right leads to the main open plan living area and a left turn takes you to the main bathroom and bedrooms. The living room comprises of a large spacious lounge featuring comfy sofas, a wood burning stove and a large smart TV. The granite breakfast bar separates the lounge from the well-equipped kitchen with all the modern conveniences and a large oak table and chairs are situated in front of the long windows which look out onto the decking and the wooded area behind the lodges. Two large double-glazed doors lead out onto the main decking area which again offers level access to the garden area. The main bathroom is situated off the long corridor which leads to the bedrooms. It has a sink, bath with overhead electric shower and a heated towel rail. The master bedroom is at the end of the corridor and features a kingsize double bed, a tall oak wardrobe, and oak dressing table with a TV and mirror. There are two bedside tables with drawers and a luggage rack. There is a large window and a shallow high window with blinds. Heating is provided by an electric wall heater. The second bedroom has a kingsize bed, oak dressing table, two oak bedside tables and an oak wardrobe.
Window Views Description
Both bedroom windows look out onto the lawned garden area that surrounds the lodges, offering plenty of bird spotting opportunities. The kitchen window also looks out into the garden area and to several wonderful trees.. The best views are out of the large floor to ceiling windows in the lounge and dining area which look out onto the woodland behind the lodges affording guests uninterrupted views of the wildlife that thrives here (even the occasional deer) and a high level of privacy.
