Bainvalley North is one of just 4 self-catering holiday homes at Bainvalley Cottages in Lincolnshire. Delightfully situated in and un-spoilt location down a private drive the cottages are on the edge of the charming village of Hemingby and bordering the magnificent Lincolnshire Wolds.
Peace and quiet is the order of the day for visitors to Bainvalley Cottages making it a great base for those who want a relaxing break away. The cottages can be booked together and then will easily accommodate up to 14 guests making them the ideal venue for celebrations with friends, family reunions or celebrations.
Bainvalley Cottages are centrally located and therefore have easy access to all places of interest.
There is a tennis court, 70m from the cottages, for guests to use. We also have a beach hut at our closest beach which can be hired.
The cottage is along a private drive 1/4 mile from the pretty village.
Bainvalley North is spacious and welcoming. Open plan design with the kitchen area having all that you could need for a get away - including a dishwasher! Underfloor heating is provided and if you feel like adding a little romantic character to your stay a wood burning stove is in the living area. There is free WiFi throughout the property.
First Floor Description
Upstairs there are two bedrooms - the main bedroom overlooking the River Bain having a king sized bed and the second bedroom having twin beds. The bathroom has both a full kidney sized bath and separate corner shower as well as a toilet and wash basin.
Window Views Description
The windows offer amazing views from all aspects as we are on a farm, away from neighbours.
