This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom cosy comfortable cottage is detached and made of traditional Norfolk brick and flint. It has a very peaceful location facing south and is surrounded by unfenced lawns and lies within the beautiful grounds of Hindringham Hall with country views from all windows.
Situated within an area of outstanding beauty this is within easy reach of all that norfolk has to offer- be it beaches, stately homes, walks or magnificent local produce.
Ideally situated to explore Norfolk the beautiful salt marshes at Morston and pretty Blakeney a 10min drive. Trendy Wells next the Sea with its harbour is just 4 miles away and the Georgian market town of Holt just 7 miles.
There is a large unfenced grassed space around the cottage with a paved area with table and chairs for outside dining. There is private parking to the side of the cottage and a tennis court within an easy walk for visitors use.
Enter into the country Kitchen which is extremely well equipped then walk through to the sitting room with cosy open fire. The cottage is centrally heated throughout. There is a scullery to the side of the cottage housing washing machines a second fridge garden recliners etc.
First Floor Description
There is a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a second bedroom with twin beds and ensuite shower room. Both bathrooms have lavatories and washbasins
