Just a 15-minute drive from the wonderful city of Bath you will find Manor Farm House. This is a beautiful country manor house is situated in the charming and historic village of village of Norton St Philip and offers the perfect venue for families to holiday and take a break.
We have two properties. The West Wing and Monks Retreat, each with two bedrooms sleeping 4-6 guests. The self-catering accommodation in the wonderfully imposing Queen Anne and Tudor country house is spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. This is a place to entertain in style with plenty of space to celebrate and dine together, warm and welcoming, lots of comfy sofas to relax.
If you can draw yourselves away from the manor there are beautiful walks from the doorstep and fabulous pubs within minute’s walk. Try Wild swimming, Bath's architecture, cycling along the canal, Bradford on Avon, Longleat Safari Park, Wells, Stonehenge.

West Wing The West Wing sleeps 4-5 guests and is approached through the main front door to Manor Farm House. The incredibly spacious sitting room has four large sunny windows, oak dining table, lots of comfy sofas, flat screen TV, DVD player and Hi Fi. There is a fully fitted 'secret' kitchen with double oven, dishwasher, microwave and stylish Smeg fridge.
The stunning circular oak staircase leads you on to two en-suite bedrooms on the first floor. A beautiful four poster bedroom with spacious bathroom with separate bath and shower and travertine heated flooring. The second bedroom is stylishly decorated, has a large double bed (or twin beds), two large sunny windows overlooking the front of the manor and a shower en suite. Additional beds/cots can be placed in either room when required.
Private parking, free Wi-Fi, gas central heating, high chair on request and pretty front garden area with seating.
Second Floor and Above Description
Monks Retreat Our apartment is entirely self-contained and is positioned on the top floor of this historic manor house. The private side gateway guides you through a courtyard garden to an elm studded medieval door. The staircase leads you on to the recently refurbished apartment in the vast attic space, lovely old oak beams and beautiful views of the rolling countryside.
The apartment sleeps 4-6 plus cot. There is a flagstone entrance hall with two flights of stairs leading to hallway, sitting room, dining room with fireplace, fully fitted kitchen, master bedroom with 5' double bed, additional single bed and a shower en suite, twin/double bedroom with two 3' beds and a single bed, additional bathroom with bath and separate power shower.
Oak beams throughout, pretty dormer windows to rear, gas central heating, gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer, CD player/stereo, DVD player, private parking, free Wi-Fi, courtyard garden with barbeque, cot and high chair available on request.
