With three spacious bedrooms Coot is one of our larger barns which sleeps six people plus cots. Large and spacious for families and friends alike. Open plan beamed sitting/dining room with exceptionally well-equipped kitchen area.

Coot is one of eight converted barns all situated on a working arable and dairy farm. Amidst the beautiful south Norfolk countryside under wide arching skies amongst farmland and hidden waterways, eight luxury Norfolk holiday cottages can be found. All eight barns have been sympathetically converted into modern luxury accommodation.
Superb facilities include: Games Room – Pool, Table Tennis, Air Hockey and Table Football and a large projector screen with music and sports. Ideal for those family competitions or relaxing with friends.
Hot Tub – A shared hot tub is on the site for your use. An ideal place to relax and soak away the stress of everyday life. The hot tub is also enclosed to maximise usage day/night, rain or shine!!
Fitness Barn – Cardio-fitness equipment, Cycle, Treadmill, Cross Trainer, Water Rower etc.
Soft Play Barn – Soft Play for the under 5’s with a comfortable viewing area for parents to keep an eye on the little ones!
The luxury Norfolk holiday cottages retain many of their original features including fine beams.
