This architect-designed detached house is set on a private road within Poole, centred around one acre of gated gardens. Comprising an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, pizza oven, and fire pit, this is the perfect social environment to share with your loved ones.
The accommodation introduces a study on the ground floor, a beautiful sitting room with a woodburning stove and sliding doors too. You will be equally impressed by the fabulous kitchen and its AGA cooker, all well-appointed for full height windows which welcome the natural light inside.
Gather in the dining room after the sun sets, an opportunity to discuss those up and coming adventures or reflect on the day's highlights so far. Perfect for accommodating 10 guests, this one-of-a-kind house in itself creates a hotel experience, with five en-suite bedrooms. Zip/link options provide all the flexibility a family could need, and the luxury furnishings have been thoughtfully presented, with exceptional attention to detail.
The hallway looks out onto the pool area, uplifted by the warmth of the woodburning stove creating the hub of this fabulous house with a bar area, changing room, sauna and separate wash room/utility.
Just a 15-minute walk leads to Branksome Chine which is a fantastic sandy beach on the edge of Sandbanks/Poole/Bournemouth. Find Brownsea Island, where Baden Powell began the Scout Movement.
To the west is the 'Isle of Purbeck', which offers visitors scenic countryside, dotted with quaint villages and seascapes, plus Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door and Corfe Castle are well worth a visit. The local beaches at Sandbanks boast facilities for all kinds of watersports. If you fancy a spot of shopping head to Westbourne where you can visit the best Fish & Chips shop Chez Fred, The Plantation, The Cliff and the Rick Stein restaurant. Petit Prince offers the best coffee and cakes for that light snack.
Alternatively, visit the neighbouring family friendly seaside resort of Bournemouth which is 1.8 miles or Sandbanks which is 5 miles away. A special retreat for any occasion.
