Brockram & Keld barns have been converted to a very high standard with modern feel and plenty of space, ideal to relax and unwind with family and friends. Sleeping up to 16 guests over both barns this is a great choice for two large families to get away together but to stay in their own space.
The two barns at Low Ploughlands in the Eden Valley are also located at the foot of the Pennines.
The properties are perfectly situated on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, and the Lake District so you really do have the best of both in terms of location. This is a walkers and nature lovers paradise and there is so much to see and enjoy in the great outdoors.
Low Ploughlands aims to provide the ideal combination of luxury, fun and relaxation. It will be ideal for families, groups or those seeking somewhere private, but with great access within the most natural of locations – the beautiful Eden Valley, Cumbria.

Downstairs Description
Open Plan Kitchen, dining and living room areas in both barns.
Kitchens include: Rangemaster 90 cookers with double ovens, American Fridge Freezer, Microwave, Dishewasher. Brockram Barn has a dining table that can extend to seat 16, Keld Barn has a dining table that seats 8.
Living rooms include: Log burner, Table football, Assortment of other board games. Depending on numbers we can adjust the sofa and chairs in Brockram Barn to seat 10 comfortably but we also have several benches that can be moved as you please. Keld Barn comfortably seats 8 people.
Utility/Bootrooms in each barn: includes a washing machine/tumble dryer and coat pegs
4 bedrooms downstairs (2 in each barn) both with en-suite showers, 2 bedrooms have zip and link beds so can either be super-king or twin beds. Bed linen provided and a towel per guest plus hand towels in every bathroom/ WC.
