Perfect for a family of four or friends for a holiday or special break Carter's Croft has been recently restored using traditional building techniques and is furnished with everything you need for a memorable self-catering holiday.
There is an open plan layout downstairs with kitchen, dining and living areas. The two bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor.
The cottage is set in sub-tropical grounds and has its own, private Mediterranean-style courtyard with a barbecue and plenty of seating.
Carter’s Croft is one of just three luxury Cornish holiday cottages at Middle Colenso Farm. Perfectly situated the cottages make the ideal base to explore everything that Cornwall has to offer. The farm is set in a rural location half way between Penzance and Helston and just a few minutes’ drive from Prussia Cove, Marazion and the south coast.
The cottages are set in typically Cornish gardens, with exotic plants including gunnera, banana trees, palms and tree ferns.
As well as their own private garden, with barbecue and outdoor furniture, guests also have access to a communal boules court and gazebo. There is an outdoor shower (cold water only) which is perfect for wetsuits. There is plenty of on-site parking.
The ground floor consists of an open plan living-room with a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area. There is a wood burning stove, a TV, DVD player and wireless speaker. A selection of books, games and DVDs are available for use.
The handmade wooden kitchen has an induction hob, electric oven, fridge, wash/drier and dishwasher, kettle and toaster

The second floor has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds.
