Recently created from a much older property, Berry Pen offers discerning guests stylish and modern interiors which at one time was stabling and groom’s quarters for Kingham Lodge. The property is situated in a quiet courtyard location of just five properties and is perfect for families and friends.
The cottage sleeps six people with three en-suite bedrooms, one of which we have specially created on the ground floor with a large shower room to be suitable for guests with disabilities.
There is a large open plan living area, open fire and south facing terrace garden with views to the distant hills.

As a guest at Berry Pen Cottage you can enjoy all the facilities that Kingham Cottages offer including: indoor heated pool, relax in the Hammam (traditional Turkish steam bath), tennis court or simply stroll around the beautiful five acre gardens.
The award winning village has the choice of two excellent pubs offering excellent food within walking distance of Kingham Cottages. There are wonderful walks for ramblers, stunning countryside for cyclists.
Subject to availability we can accommodate larger family groups up to 26 people across our five cottages, set within the grounds of Kingham Lodge. Do ask about availability for multiple cottages for your family event.
