Situated on the edge of an unspoilt Cotswolds village is this beautiful honey coloured stone cottage with stunning views over rolling hills and country walks on the doorstep. Barton-on-the-Heath is conveniently located just 4 miles east of Moreton-in-Marsh which has a mainline railway station with regular services running to London.
The picture perfect cottage dates back to the 1850s. It has been lovingly restored and fitted out with stylish furniture and interiors. Kitchen Garden Cottage lies within the grounds of the Old Rectory which is reached by a private driveway. The cottage boasts a generous open plan living area on the ground floor with large sofas and cosy wood burning stove. There's also a convenient ground floor utility/shower room with underfloor heating.
Both bedrooms are generously proportioned and the family bathroom features a luxurious roll top bath as well as a separate walk in shower. To the side of the cottage is a private enclosed courtyard with vintage garden furniture and barbecue where you can enjoy the views of the surrounding countryside.
