Lois Farm is located in the beautiful Blackmoor Vale on the border of Somerset and Dorset, accessed by a quiet country lane and surrounded by stunning countryside
Plenty of parking. Private patio and garden overlooking fields. In the summer a charcoal bbq is provided with an outside table with six chairs for alfresco dining. Also two wooden benches.
We have sheep with lambs in the summer and horses. Lois Farm is in a peaceful and rural location
First Floor Description
A good sized living room with leather sofas and a flat screen TV with DVD player. In the winter the wood burner makes the living room warm and cosy. We provide logs and everything you need to light the fire. You will find a a selection of toys and dvds are provided suitable for young children.
The large modern kitchen with granite work-tops and slate flooring is fitted with cream "shaker" style units. It is very well-equipped including a large American fridge/freezer.The kitchen includes a dining area with double doors opening out onto the patio and garden over looking fields.
A large entrance hall with plenty of room for hanging coats.
A large downstairs bedroom with zip and link beds so can be either a super king or twin.
There is a jack and jill shower room downstairs, this can be accessed from the downstairs bedroom as an en-suite or by a seperate door for use by other other guests.
Second Floor and Above Description
Two bedrooms upstairs which share a bath room. Both bedrooms are of a good size with zip and link beds which can be set up as either as a super king or twin. The upstairs bedrooms have lovely exposed oak beams retaining many original features from the old barn.
All bedrooms are all stylishly presented and have quality oak furniture. Eqyptian cotton linen, towels and bath robes.
