If you are looking for a romantic retreat for two near Loch Ness then Crossroads Cottage definitely ticks all of the boxes. This charming 18th century bolthole is situated in The Highlands of Scotland near to the famous Loch Ness.
The cosy property has been lovingly restored and is now the perfect base from which to explore this beautiful part of Scotland. The cottage itself is very close to the vibrant village of Drumnadrochit however these is a restaurant just perfect for romantic meals just a 2-minute stroll away.
Crossroads cottage is a truly special place, set in a delightful location. Here you can do as much or as little as you wish. There is plenty to see and do nearby including loch cruises, scenic walks, pubs and cafes or if you prefer stay in by the fire and enjoy the cottage and each other’s company.
Bed linen, towels, electricity, Wi-Fi, parking for one car and one basket of logs to get you started are included in your stay.

Outside Description
Sit and watch the comings and goings of village life from the bench at the front of the property. Please note that the property does not have a garden.
Downstairs Description
On the ground floor of this charming cottage you will find the open plan living area complete with a cosy sofa and log-burner. Along with high-speed wifi, you'll find a 40" LCD TV with Freesat HD, bluetooth soundbar and subwoofer and DVD player, CD player and MP3/iPod connection. There are a selection of DVDs, games and books.
A well equipped kitchen offers a combi-oven with microwave and grill, a washing machine/tumble drier, dishwasher, fridge, separate freezer, toaster, and kettle, as well as a 4 ring electric hob. A breakfast bar provides a dining space. There is an ironing board and iron available for use.
The modern shower room is located on the ground floor, offering an electric shower, toilet and basin.
First Floor Description
The entire first floor is dedicated to the king-sized bedroom. The bedroom features a further 32" television and with Amazon Firestick for catch up TV services.
Window Views Description
The front windows of the lounge and the bedroom look over the neighbour's wonderful ornamental miniature railway track and station, with views of the rolling hills behind.
The rear window has a neighbouring garden view.
