The front door leads into an entrance lobby with boot store and separate bathroom with WC, bath with shower over, washbasin, heated towel rail and washing machine. The loft living area has a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven and hob, fridge freezer and microwave. There is a family dining table, TV and sofa with Juliet balcony overlooking the garden at one end of the loft and a double bed and two single beds at the other end with fitted wardrobe space. Accent lighting creates a twinkling ceiling effect that children and adults love. Central heating throughout and instant hot water.
