Dyer’s Cottage

West Yorkshire, Yorkshire

If you are looking for a romantic holiday cottage for a holiday or special break to West Yorkshire then Dyer’s Cottage may well be the perfect choice. Delightfully situated on the North side of the Calder Valley in West Yorkshire between Halifax and Sowerby Bridge this is the perfect base from which to explore the area seen on BBC’s ‘Happy Valley’, ‘Gentleman Jack’ and ‘Last Tango in Halifax’. The cottage offers quality self catering accommodation and can sleep up to 3 adults and I baby in total comfort. The 17th century Yorkshire stone cottage is presented to a very good standard and is full of character and charm.

A superbly presented historic 1 bedroom cottage forming part of a farmhouse built around 1650. Quirky, full of character features with a long documented history of its occupants. South facing, sunny, private, enclosed front garden with patio seating.

Free on street parking is available and Dyer’s Cottage is close to all amenities including public transport, a local pub serving home cooked food and shops. A dog or possibly an indoor cat may be welcome by prior arrangement but not in the bedroom. Please discuss with the owner BEFORE booking. An additional charge of £40 applies.
