Eggesford Barton House is set in 30 acres of beautiful Devon farmland and forest above the River Taw, famous for Tarka the Otter.
Eggesford Barton House was once the main farm for the Earl of Portsmouth's estate, it is Grade 2 listed. On the ground floor there are two large lounges and one snug lounge. The large kitchen/breakfast room is amply equipped to cater for up to 28 guests and is next to the main dining room. There are three downstairs bedrooms: One triple suitable for disabled access with bathroom opposite, a twin and a further twin bedroom with en-suite and private courtyard.
First Floor Description
There are ten first floor bedrooms: Three king/doubles with en-suite shower rooms, one king with en-suite toilet and sink, two further doubles, three twins and one triple with three further bathrooms. All bedrooms are spacious with iron framed beds and 100% white cotton bed linen.
