Fawcett Mill dates back to 1794 and was once the house of the Mill Owner. Today the house is the ideal venue for families and groups to get together for a holiday, short break or very often to celebrate a special occasion with loved ones. The house can accommodate 16 to 20 people in 7 bedrooms.
This beautiful stone built cottage has been furnished in comfortable country style, with oak beams, open fire, log burner, four poster beds, sauna, & Victorian range. It is fully gas centrally heated with solid floors & rugs on the ground floor & fully fitted carpets on the other 2 floors. It has two kitchens, two lounges & 4 bath or shower rooms. The whole party can dine together in the same dining area around tables which can be joined together and configured in a variety of ways to suit the party & in front of the old wood burning range.
Outside guests can relax in the pub style bench seating areas with parasols beside the stone built BBQ, & extensive terraces & patios leading down to the Raisbeck stream.
Located in the Eden Valley in Cumbria, just a few yards inside the eastern boundary of The Dales National Park & a short way from The Lake District National Park, with the rolling Howgill Mountains visible to the south
