Green Farm is a beautiful small farm estate in the Kent countryside in the idyllic Shadoxhurst conservation area, surrounded by 12,500 acres of ancient woodland & traditional pastures.
If you are looking for a really high quality, high spec holiday barn for groups of up to 12 guests than look no further than Green Farm. This wonderfully restored 19th Century, listed barn is delightfully located on the farm in the gorgeous Kent Weald. This is truly luxury self catering at its very best. The property is ideal for groups, families and friends looking to holiday or to celebrate a special occasion.
There are five spacious bedrooms which are all en-suite. All of our beds are either superking or 3ft singles so nobody has to compromise. We can also help you with a variety of services and extra things to do.
The Spa facilities, including ESPA treatments and use of the Sauna and Hot Tub are available to Barn guests by making bookings through the Spa.
The Sauna and/or Hot Tubs can be booked as 90 minute sessions for £15 each per session.
You will have private use of the facility during your session.

Guests can explore all 50 acres of meadows, wooded pasture and ancient woodland. Cycling, great walks, and runs take you in to some of the finest Kent countryside where you can enjoy, the local wildlife.
