The Hayloft is a two storey converted barn that can accommodate up to 6 guests and overlooks the tennis court at the front and west facing enclosed garden to the rear. Double terrace doors lead off the large open plan kitchen and terrace with garden furniture and BBQ.
East Green Farm Cottages is delightfully situated just 15 minutes drive to the well known seaside towns of Aldeburgh and Southwold and the beautiful Suffolk coatline.
The Hayloft is one of just 5 gorgeous holiday cottages at East Green Farm. Each one has been furnished and fitted to a very high standard and are extremely comfortable, light and airy. Beautifully situated set in the farmhouse grounds superb facilities include, ponds, tennis court, children's play area and out-door heated swimming pool.
The cottages can accommodate up to 28 guests in total sleeping from 4 to 6 each in 5 cottages with dining together for 28
The back door leads out the tennis court and views from the open plan living area on to the south westerly facing garden surrounded by old brick walls and hedges. There is a terrace next to the kitchen with table and chairs and BBQ for summer outside eating and relaxing. the cottages are surrounded by 13 acres of fields and meadows.
There is plenty of parking by the Haylofts garden gate.
Light and airy with large barn windows though out the open plan living area and kitchen also has large terrace doors leading in to a south west facing garden and terrace. The kitchen is fully fitted with electric oven and hob, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.
There is a downstairs double with fitted cupboard and shelves and an ensuite with shower, toilet and sink. The front door opens on to a large hall with vaulted ceiling up the stairs to the open plan landing making the cottage light and bright.
The cottage is very cosy with fully central heating throughout. We have built the cottages with a view to the future and sustainability. The cottages are heated from our biomass boiler and most of the water and electricity are generated from the solar panels on the cottage roofs.
First Floor Description
Two large twin rooms each with two single beds and fitted cupboards with shelves which share the bathroom with bath, toilet and basin.
