Sleeping 8 + 2 cots in 4 spacious bedrooms Hameldown Cottage is ideal for larger families or friends just perfect for holidays and special breaks to South Devon. The cottage also has three bathrooms and plenty of space to socialise in the large sitting room with wood burning stove. Outside there is a large garden with barbecue and garden furniture, with lovely views over open countryside.
Hameldown Cottage is one of just three gorgeous holiday properties available to rent at Long Barn Holiday Cottages in South Devon. Each cottage has been beautifully furnished and offers quality self catering accommodation for a cosy retreat for two, to a large party of family and friends.
Each cottage has its own private garden or terrace and all four cottages share the use of a superb indoor heated swimming pool and games area. There are four acres of grounds, including a large orchard with adventure play facilities for young children.

Hameldown cottage has a large garden with patio area for outside dining. There is an outside table and chairs and BBQ.
Downstairs Description
Hameldown cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. A welcome pack will be provided on your arrival along with fresh milk for a tea or coffee when you arrive.
There is a small table in the kitchen with seating for 2 people. There is a separate dining room with seating for 10 people. Highchairs are available on request.
The lounge has a TV and DVD player and piano. The log burner will be loaded and ready to use for your arrival. We will provide logs for the duration of your stay. There are bi-fold doors in the lounge that can be opened onto the patio area.
There is a downstairs toilet.
First Floor Description
Bedroom 1 has a king size bed with an en-suite bathroom (bath with shower over)
