Outside Description
Situated in the middle of South Slipperfield Farm, you will have no neighbours, only occasional passers by on the Old Roman Road which passes through the cottage area. Large open fronted shed to park or BBQ in, secured shed with heating system and drying facility. The cottage grounds are not secure for dogs, this is a working stock farm so this needs to be considered. Outstanding views and walks from the doorstep.
Downstairs Description
Open plan kitchen and living area, featuring massive views of the countryside, patio doors leading to decking area. Fridge freezer, small dishwasher, gas oven and hob. Large dining table. Leather sofas and chairs with log burning stove and tv/dvd player. Master bedroom with ensuite shower room. Family bathroom with feature bath/hand held shower. Entrance hallway with storage cupbards and cleaners cupboard(housing washing machine) Twin room which can be made to double on request, stairs.
First Floor Description
Stairway to a storage cupboard, with a 'bridge' walkway to the upstairs accomodation. This is a twin bedded area with coombed ceilings (challenging for tall people!) The bedroom area is a mezzanine to the hallway below and has no door. TV and dvd here also, with beautiful views from the velux window.
Window Views Description
Panoramic and ever changing, you can just see and occasionally hear if outside, the A702. You will not be disappointed with the view.
