Surrounded by glorious rolling countryside and close to the attractive and popular village of Cattistock, Inpark Cottage is perfect for those looking to take a break off the beaten track. Accessed by a winding farm track, the cottage sits on the edge of a family farm, and offers spacious accommodation for couples or a small family, and numerous opportunities for enjoying countryside walks right from the cottage door.
The accommodation includes a cosy sitting room with a wood burning stove and a dining area with french doors to the garden. The kitchen is well-equipped with a Rayburn, electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge with ice box, and the breakfast area has a table and chairs and a dresser. There is a small utility area with sink and washing machine, and a cloakroom with wash basin and WC also on the ground floor. Upstairs on the first floor is a king-size bedroom with wonderful rural views from the double aspect windows. The second bedroom has twin 3' single beds and a stunning view across to Rampisham Down. There is a study/reading room which can also be used as a play room for the children with a selection of books and games. The first floor family bathroom has a bath with shower over, a wash basin and WC.
You may well spot deer, hare or rabbits in front of the cottage as you gaze across the landscape, and there is much to wonder at in this secluded and special rural location.
