Rated 4 gold Star rating with the Quality in Tourism, the cottage comfortably sleeps six people and has 3 spacious bedrooms of which two are on the ground floor, a modern fully fitted Kitchen/Diner and plenty of space to relax and unwind.
Jenny Wren is one of just two delightful cottages at Rede Hall Farm Park. Both cottage have been furnished and equipped to a high standard and are situated on a working farm with Suffolk horses. Both cottages welcome children and are dog friendly. A Hot Spa Tub is shared between the two cottages at no extra cost and a patio and bar-be-que are also included. Rede Hall is located approximately 6 miles from historic Bury St Edmunds with its world famous cathedral. There are also numerous pubs and restaurants nearby.
THere is ample parking outside the cottages and a patio with garden furniture. A Hot Spa tub is shared by both cottages and available at all times when not being used by the other cottage. Farm walks are available to excercise dogs or take the children to a parkland area to play games or use the swing and children's playhouse. Tours round the horses and waggons on request from the owner. There are also many farm birds wandering round the farm, geese, ducks anf guinea fowl to mention a few plus a pair of black swans.
The unique lounge has exposed flint brick walls in the sitting area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully fitted with all you will need during your stay and has a breakfast bar dividing the kithchen from the sitting room. .The sitting room has white leather furniture and oak flooring with windows overlooking the farm. There are two ground floor double bedrooms, one with lace decoration over the bed and the other has double doors leading onto the patio with garden furniture and BBQ.. The bathroom is also on the ground floor with shower in the bath and a baby changing area plus potty.
First Floor Description
The first floor is accessed by a wrought iron spiral staircase and has twin beds and a separate sitting room with its own furniure and TV. This room overlooks the downstairs sitting room and is ideal for children or teenagers wanting their own space. Also supplied are books and games plus a high chair and travel cot (but no bedding supplied for the cot)
Window Views Description
The windows look out onto the farm and patio area.
