East Green Farm Cottages is delightfully situated between the well known seaside resorts of Southwold and Aldeburgh near to the beautiful coast and beaches in Suffolk.
Gardeners Cottage is one of just 5 gorgeous holiday cottages at East Green Farm. Each one has been furnished and fitted to a very high standard and are extremely comfortable, light and airy. Beautifully situated set in the farmhouse grounds superb facilities include, ponds, tennis court, children's play area and out-door heated swimming pool.

Downstairs Description
The property is on one level with a large open plan living area including open plan kitchen and sitting room with large south facing terrace doors onto a small enclosed garden and terrace with garden furniture and BBQ. The double bed room has a large queens size bed and a bathroom ensuite with double shower, toilet and basin. The twin room has two single beds and an ensuiite bathroom with bath, shower over the bath, toilet and basin. The kitchen is fully fitted with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and under unit fridge with small freezer cabinet. The cottage is very cosy with fully central heating throughout. We have built the cottages with a view to the future and sustainability. The cottages are heated from our biomass boiler and most of the water and electricity are generated from the solar panels on the cottage roofs.
