An attractive Georgian style detached house which was built in 2005 and is situated on the edge of the quiet village of Great Somerford. Surrounded by paddocks and farmland, it is well-placed for exploring the many attractions of the South Cotswolds countryside as well as the elegant Regency city of Bath. Malmesbury, Tetbury, Badminton, Cirencester, Castle Combe and Westonbirt are all within easy driving distance.
Lady’s Walk House has nine bedrooms and five bathrooms (3 showers & 3 baths). Currently configured there are 4 doubles (2 of which are actually singles together) 2 twins, 2 triples, & a dorm with 5 singles in it. A light and airy hallway leads into a fully equipped large open plan kitchen/sitting/dining room with an electric Aga and open fireplace. In addition there is a large Drawing room with sliding doors from the kitchen/sitting/dining room which can be opened to create a single 60 foot space, perfect for large groups.
Doors lead into the garden, which offers great views across the countryside. There is also a tennis court.
Lady's Walk House is a great house for families, groups of friends having a reunion, hen nights, milestone birthdays, and all types of celebrations (sorry we don't accept stag parties).
