The cottage is set in an idyllic location on the country estate near Bridport in West Dorset. Laverstock is surrounded by farmland with views that go on for miles. It is a very peaceful place and a perfect escape with many wonderful country walks on the doorstep.
Perfectly located to explore the Jurassic Coastline and visit the bustling market towns of Bridport and Lyme Regis. At Laverstock we have a games room available for guests with table tennis, table football, air hockey and a pool table. This is a communal facility, perfect for those rainy days!
Lambrook Cottage has a lovely large open plan kitchen, dining and living room with a cosy log burning stove. The ground floor has a bunk bed room (sleeps 2), a double bedroom (sleeps 2) and a family bathroom. On the first floor there are two further double bedrooms, both with ensuite shower rooms (each double bedroom sleeps 2). The cottage benefits from great views and has a large terraced area off the living room with garden furniture and access to the extensive communal gardens and grounds.
A perfect place for a special occasion, holiday or short break.
To the rear of the cottage there is a private garden for guests to enjoy, with views over surrounding farm land and countryside. There is a large patio area to enjoy a BBQ which is also supplied (guests just need to bring their own charcoal) There is a games room in the lower yard, access to many walks - we supply an information pack for our guests. Guests are welcome to help themselves to the vegetable garden. We have chickens to feed for the children and play tower with swings in the communal grounds. Parking: Guests for Lambrook cottage have use of the under cover area directly next door to the cottage and over floor parking is in the lower yard. Dogs are welcome for £25 per dog per stay , maximum 2 dogs.
Entrance hallway leads to two front bedrooms, one double with King size bed and one bunk room. A fully ground floor bathroom with shower and bath, W.C, sink, tiled floor with underfloor heating. Double doors lead to a large family room ideal for entertaining with living area with smart T.V, radio, free wi fi, doors to own private garden with BBQ area. Kitchen dining area with fully fitted kitchen with range cooker, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Farmhouse table and seating for 8 people. The open plan room offers a lovely wood burner with logs to get you started, wood floors with underfloor heating and feature beams to ceiling.

There are two double bedrooms, both with king size beds and both with en-suite shower rooms. Linen and bath towels are provided.

Views of the surrounds hills and countryside and of surrounding Laverstock Farm.
