Little Owl Lodge - luxury lodge with Jacuzzi in Lincolnshire
A high quality, luxury self catering pine lodge with a private Jacuzzi hot tub in the heart of the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside - great for action packed short breaks, relaxing holidays with friends and family or a romantic break for two.
The lodges are nestled in the middle of a grassland farm, grazed by sheep and Hereford cattle. There are plenty of walks for you to explore from your door - you can even bring your dog on holiday too! The farm also provides space for wild flower meadows, wetlands and wildlife in abundance and is a bird watchers paradise.
If you enjoy a spot of fishing, you have the choice of two fishing lakes. Just a short stroll from your door ‘Lodge Lake’ offers great coarse fishing amidst the peaceful surroundings. Or you could challenge yourself to achieve the biggest catch of the day in the ‘Specimen Carp Lake’.
The lodges are beautifully furnished providing everything you will need to make your stay a truly memorable experience. The location is ideal for touring and exploring with many attractions and places of interest in close proximity. Just a ten minute journey will bring you to the city of Lincoln with its magnificent Cathedral, Castle and a great shopping / dining experience, a further 30 minutes will take you to the coast where some excellent walking can be had and days on the beach can be spent with the family. Whatever your preference, you will find Rural Roosts an excellent choice for your holiday.

Outside Description
Dine alfresco and admire the stars at night from your own large, decked veranda, which overlooks the tranquil lake and beautiful scenery. For the ultimate relaxation, immerse yourself in your own private hot-tub. Great after a long days fishing, visiting the historic City of Lincoln or exploring the beautiful local countryside. There are some lovely walks around the lodge site as well as some longer walks around the farm, where you can spot an abundance of wildlife as well as see the sheep and cattle around the farm. Each lodge has its own shed, great for storing fishing equipment, bikes and muddy wellies!
Downstairs Description
Little Owl Lodge has a gentle decked ramp leading up to the entrance door. Once inside the lodge is all one one level, you will find a spacious entrance hall ideal for storing coats and boots etc. Leading from the entrance hall there is a super king-size bedroom and a twin bedded room. There is room for a cot or z-bed if required. The bathroom has a power shower over the bath, a sink and a toilet. There is also a washing machine and ironing facilities situated in the boiler room within the lodge. The main living area is open plan, it has a well equipped kitchen, dining area and spacious lounge with comfortable settees. French doors open from the lounge to a covered, enclosed decked area overlooking the lake, ideal for outdoor dining and relaxation. Little Owl Lodge has wooden flooring throughout.
