St. Finn’s is one of six luxury dog friendly cottages and lakeside lodges, each with it’s own hot tub and secure garden. Situated near the stunning Lincolnshire Wolds and less than 5 miles from the coast and it's vast and wonderful blue flag beaches. Each has been beautifully designed to offer guests a luxurious stay, in the tranquil Lincolnshire countryside.
Lots of lovely towns and eateries nearby with the village pub being within walking distance. excellent golf courses in the area.
Guests have access to on site fishing.
This light and spacious lodge enjoys beautiful view across the lake and boasts luxurious touches such as a cosy log burner and 50 inch Smart TV with Netflix.
St. Finn’s has two beautifully decorated bedrooms with large smart TV’s. The first with a king size bed and the second with two singles. Each of these has a spacious en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower.

A hamper of wine, Lincolnshire plum bread, hand cut crisps and dog treats are left in the lodge. Guests can upgrade and purchase a luxury package with their booking, which includes the use of fluffy robes, slippers and prosecco.

Outside Description
St.Finn's has private parking directly outsite the lodge. A gate takes you into the secure garden at the back of the property. This has a solid 6ft fence and houses the coal BBQ. At the front of the lodge is a large decked area with glass balustrade and private fishing platform overlooking the lake, with dining furniture and sun loungers. A private, covered hot tub is secluded at one end and leads back into the garden.
On site there is a supply hut with warm wash down area for dogs. In the hut you can find extra logs, kindling and fire lighters to purchase. There is also an SOS box with a few items you may have forgotten. Games, local information leaflets and other dog equipment including shampoo and towels and dog bowls can be borrowed from here.
Downstairs Description
The entrance to St.Finn's leads into the hallway with cupboard space and coat hooks. The decor throughout has a coastal vibe. A lovely light and airy lodge with centrally located open plan living area. Here you can find a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. This is complimented by a dining table, chairs and also has a breakfast bar with stools. Moving into the comfortable lounge, with sofa, two armchairs, 50 inch smart Tv with built-in Netflix and Echo Dot, this is a great place to relax. The beautiful stone fire place houses a log burner, perfect for those cosy winter evenings. There is also a cloakroom toilet within this area. Large bi-fold doors offer beautiful views across the lake and give access out onto a huge, decked balcony with glass balustrade and private fishing platform. Here you will find furniture for al-fresco dining and sun loungers. A secluded hot tub can be found at the end on the decking. This is fenced for privacy and has a louvered canopy which can be open for star gazing or closed if required. From here a gate leading into the secure garden with minimum 6ft solid fencing and BBQ can be found.
The two bedrooms are situated at either end of the lodge with views across the lake and patio doors leading out onto the decking area. The first has a king size bed and the second is a super king, which can be configurated into singles upon prior request. Each of these has a smart TV, dressing table, wardrobe and drawer space. Leading off the bedrooms are spacious En-suite bathrooms with large walk- in showers. Fluffy white towels, luxury bed linens and lovely sea kelp products from The Scottish fine soap company are provided in our lodge accommodations.
The setting with just 4 lodges at the edge of the lake is so tranquil and relaxing. With just the sound of the water fountains and wildlife, you could be anywhere in the world!

Despite its name, The Pinewoods is a beautiful broadleaf woodland which lies at the heart of the Edwardian resort village of Woodhall Spa, once the wartime home of the RAF’s ‘Dam Busters’ squadron. It’s brimming with wildlife and is probably the only wood where you can enjoy a retro movie experience at the on-site historic cinema.

A lovely little town holdings market days on Wednesday, Friday and Saturdays. There are lots of little unusual shops and some nice places to eat. Including the tapas bar and the Grey house puplic house. Hubbards hills is beautiful with a stream running through the park. A lovely place to take children as they can go paddling and take fishing nets. The dogs love it here too, as there are plenty of lovely walks.
