Staying at this charming cottage provides easy access to the stunning North Suffolk coast and award-winning beaches, broads and marshlands.
The Cottage is situated on the end of the Barn with high ceilings and plenty of character. The accommodation is ‘upside down’ with an open plan living room and kitchen/dining area on the first floor. The comfortably furnished living area has Sky TV, DVD player, DAB radio and free internet access. The modern kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with fridge/freezer, electric cooker, hob and microwave.
The Cottage has a twin and double bedroom and shower room on the ground floor. For summer evenings, the double bedroom has doors opening onto a small patio courtyard area, furnished with garden chairs and table.
Please note: There are wooden stairs leading up to the Cottage entrance. Laundry facilities are in a separate utility area shared with the main Barn.
There is so much to see in this picturesque part of Suffolk. The River Waveney and the Broads only a short walk away while the fabulous beaches are only aa ten-minute drive. You will find food and gift shops and also a post office in Oulton Broad, and there are some good café’s, pubs and restaurants as well.
The Cottage has a small courtyard garden with seating area. At the front of the cottage there is a private car parking space. Access to the front door is up some external stairs. The cottage is on a quiet country lane with access to the Suffolk Wildlife Nature reserve and Oulton Marshes.

The first floor is open plan with high vaulted ceilings There is a lounge area, dining area seating four and well equipped kitchen with oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave oven. The Cottage has SKY TV, a DAB radio and free WIFI.

The cottage is adjacent to Suffolk Wildlife Trust Nature Reserve and Oulton Marshes.
