At Mays cottage you can enjoy the best of both worlds of coast and countryside This detached period cottage simply oozes character and charm and is situated in the picturesque village of Blakeney within the Norfolk Coast AONB and the North Norfolk Heritage Coast.
Plenty to see and do here in this part of Norfolk as the flint cottage is located a short stroll up the hill from the quayside, delightful restaurants, pubs, cafes, gift shops and art galleries.
Ideal as a family retreat or as the base for your next staycation Mays Cottage is a wonderful cosy retreat at any time of the year. With 3 spacious bedrooms the cottage can sleep up to 6 guests in total comfort. Outside there is a sunny, south facing courtyard garden with bench, dining table, chairs, parasol and gas BBQ.

This leads onto a grassed area where children can play; this area is only accessible by the other four nearby cottages and not the general public. At the front of the cottage there is a gravel path with fushia bushes lining the front of the property. The cottage is tucked away from the road.
The entrance hall has hooks for coats, space for boots & wellies. There is a cupboard housing the washing machine and dryer.
The bathroom has a double ended bath, walk in shower cubicle, WC, basin with storage cupboard under.
The comfortable living room has a wood burner, two sofas and an armchair, a Samsung 32″ Smart TV, WIFI, Dab radio with Bluetooth and a selection of games. A patio door opens onto the sunny south facing courtyard garden. .
The kitchen is contemporary in style with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and fridge freezer. It is well stocked with kitchen equipment. It also has a DAB radio with Bluetooth.
First Floor Description
Bedroom 1 has a King bed, bedside tables, good storage, and DAB radio with Bluetooth.
Bedroom 2 has 3ft wide twin beds, chest of drawers, 24in LG Smart TV with Games mode, DAB radio with Bluetooth. (This room is accessed by going through the third bedroom/dressing room with bunk beds)
Bedroom 3 has bunk beds suitable for children or young teenagers only. Chest of drawers.
