Delightfully situated on the Carmarthenshire Pembrokeshire border you will find Old Oak Barn. This 5 star Trip Advisor rated property is the perfect base for a holiday or special break at any time of the year. The spacious self catering barn can sleep up to 5 guests in total comfort and is particularly suitable for children and family holidays. The cottage is well stocked with games, age related toys and lots of thoughtful touches for children of all ages.
Furnished to a very high standard the property is set in 35 acres of trailed woodland and is a nature lover and walkers heaven. The barn is light and airy and is kept warm and cosy all year round with underfloor heating. There are two spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and A very comfortable living room. the bathroom has a shower and a bath. Outside there is a patio area and garden with BBQ, seating and swings for the children. There are no less than 8 swings on the property!
Set in a wooded valley with 42 acres of woodlands on the doorstep. The rest of the farm is grazing for sheep. Old Oak Barn faces south and the large patio area is perfect for sitting in to catch the sun. BBQ available plus a new chiminea. In addition there is a childrens garden with 2 swings plus an additional 4 swings on the property. A generally idyllic and peaceful location to enjoy the birdsong from the chaffinches by day to the tawny owls at night.
2 bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with twin beds. Travel cot can be used in either. Living room is huge approx 30 sq mt. Wooden floor handcrafted from trees in our woods here at Cwmpalis. The large kitchen is very well equipped. Two tables in the cottage enable you to choose whether to eat in the main room or the kitchen. Bathroom is big with a great power shower over the bath.
