Outside Description
Sherwood House has a private contained grassed garden area, leading onto the large decked terrace and outdoor kitchen - perfect for both children and dogs to play. The garden and deck has direct access to the Estuary but is fenced which you can see in our 360 tour of the property. How wonderful to be able to fish and go crabbing from your garden!
In fact the terrace which juts out over the Estuary has the honour of carrying the village sign which you can see from the water and the garden also has its very own flag pole!
For inclement weather the garden also has a wonderful cabin complete with bi-fold doors so you can sit, read and enjoy the spectacular views up and down the Estuary.
There is off road parking on the drive for two cars, a garage for bike storage and front gates that can be kept open or closed according to your preference. The outside space has been carefully designed to maximise your enjoyment of the property and its unique front-line position on the Teifi Estuary.
Downstairs Description

From the open plan kitchen/dining area two sided bi-fold doors open onto a large decked terrace area and outdoor kitchen complete with commercial Pizza Oven and BBQ. How wonderful to dine either inside or out while watching the Teify Estuary ebb and flow with the tide.
The kitchen leads into a spacious and beautifully furnished lounge adorned with pictures by top local artists. There is a large screen TV, DVD, blue-tooth sound system and super fast WiFi throughout the property. Just off the lounge is a luxury downstairs bathroom with large shower and toilet and also direct from the lounge is the study/play room full of toys, books and games.
Wooden shutters, a period carved staircase and lots of small touches make Sherwood House a luxurious and characterful property with a nautical theme in keeping with its sea-faring history.
