Our homes each sleep between six and eight people. This makes them ideal for families or groups of adults. In Minehead, Pilgrim Corner, The Old Sweet Shop and Stone Barn are next-door neighbours. This makes these destinations perfect for even larger groups of adults as well as special life anniversaries and celebrations.

Outside Description
Pilgrim Corner boasts a large cottage garden which our guests love. Laid out in 'rooms', there are two terraces with tables for al fresco dining while enjoying views out to Exmoor. Walk through the garden and discover a circular hot tub and changing room. Our hot tub comfortably seats four to six people. There's also the 'Coronation Room', the perfect place to sit with a coffee or wine and watch the wildlife in the garden and listen to the sounds of Exmoor.
It's a 10 minute walk downhill (and 15 back up!) to Minehead Town Centre, and to the sandy beach too.
There's street parking for guests at Pilgrim Corner on nearby Moor Road, approx 50 yards away.
Downstairs Description
Open the front door to an oasis of calm and gorgeous furnishings and furniture. To the right is a large sitting room that comfortably seats eight. The window seats are a real favourite with guests as the perfect spot to watch the gentle comings and goings on Vicarage Road. Cosy up in front of the wood burning stove and relax with Netflix and Sky, or choose a movie or book from the collection provided. There's a well-equipped and very pretty county cottage kitchen opposite with everything you need to cater for your party, and serve your meals in the dining room that looks out to the terrace. Also on this floor is the handy boot room for storing coats and shoes, and doggie bits, and a utility room with washing machine, tumble drier and large fridge freezer. We have one bedroom downstairs, the beautiful Garden Room. a spacious super-king bedroom that can also be configured as a twin with its own shower room and WC, and gorgeous views of the lower garden.
First Floor Description
Walk up the wide curved staircase to a landing with three bedrooms, each themed to reflect its individual character. You'll come to 'Vogue' first with a comfortable king bed and en-suite. This is a large room with plenty of storage and room for a travel cot if required. Next is 'Dance', a double room with it's own small en-suite. This is our smallest bedroom, and we think is perfect for teenagers and young couples. It has distant views out to Exmoor to enjoy. At the end of the landing you'll find 'Peacock', another twin with en-suite bathroom and large shower. All our beds have high-quality Hypnos mattresses and lovely bed linen, as well as luxurious bedding. Large, soft bath sheets are laid out on every bed.
Window Views Description
Pilgrim Corner has a prime spot at the top of Church Street and next to a local beauty spot the Church Steps. If you sit in the window seats in the front room you can watch the locals, many of whom have lived in this quiet and hidden part of Minehead all their lives. As well as pedestrians, we get the occasional horse and rider coming down from North Hill. Upstairs and on the top terrace are views out to Exmoor. The peace and calm in this area known as Higher or Old Town also means you can often hear the screeching of hawks above us, or the bleating of sheep in the nearby fields.
