Set in a truly superb location in Snowdonia National Park, Pine cottage is a spacious, dog friendly holiday let for families and friends amongst some of the finest scenery in the UK.
Furnished to a high standard and fully equipped the cottage has a new kitchen and is light and airy throughout. The spacious cottage can accommodate up to 6 guests in two 2 bedrooms with bunk beds in one of the double bedrooms. The bathroom is modern and the house is homely and well equipped with free wifi, 42″ TV with Sky channels, a dishwasher/washer dryer etc. There is central heating so in winter you can enjoy the changing views through the window from a cosy seat on the sofas!
Outside there is a large patio terrace is a favourite spot for BBQS and sundowners. It’s also safely enclosed for wandering children or dogs.
Ideally positioned close to the coast and mountains with castles, steam trains and ancient market towns to explore there is something here for everyone.
This is a walkers paradise with walks from your front door through the wild woods and meadows onto the beautiful Mawddach Estuary Trail.

Outside Description
The large enclosed patio has outstanding panoramic views of the Mawddach Estuary. There is outside seating and this is a wonderful place for a BBQ or glass of wine watching the sun set.
There is a lockable shed for bikes. You can park right next to the terrace.
Adjoining the house are our three other holiday lets, boutique B & B and small, award winning and peaceful camp / glamping site.
You can walk through our fields down a steepish track to get out onto the Mawddach Estuary Trail.
Downstairs Description
Once you have admired the exceptional view of the Mawddach Estuary and mountains, you walk through the front door into the large open plan kitchen/lounge. The lounge has two large leather sofas for relaxing and admiring the views directly ahead of you. There is a large TV/DVD player and wifi.
The modern kitchen has plenty of cupboard space and is well equipped with a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and drying machine. There is a table with 6 chairs and again you can enjoy views from here. We provide tea, instant coffee, sugar, washing up liquid, cloth etc so you don't have to worry about bringing all that.
First Floor Description
Up the flight of 11 stairs you will find the bathroom and two bedrooms. The bathrooms has a bath with a grab rail, bath matt and and an overhead shower. You will just need to bring towels.
The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside lights, dressing table with drawers, wardrobe, chair and that lovely view.
The second bedroom also has a double bed as well as bunk beds. There is a chest of drawers and a Velux window.
Beds are made up for arrival with good quality bed linen (no feathers). The beds will be made up for the number of guests booking only.
