Beautifully situated in stunning wooded grounds and gardens this striking holiday property was once owned by the Perrins family of Lea & Perrins sauce fame. Today the house makes the perfect luxury base for an extended family holiday or break and also a wonderful venue to celebrate a special occasion or event. The grounds are private and truly spectacular and the sea and mountain views are simply breath taking.
The house can accommodate between 2-14 guests in 6 bedrooms. This includes Tower Flat that can be available by arrangement offering an additional double bedroom, bathroom and private kitchen and sitting room. On the ground floor there is a large dining kitchen, spacious double reception room for relaxing and formal dining and entertaining your family and friends.
Barmouth stands at the mouth of the glorious Mawddach estuary and faces the open expanse of Cardigan Bay. It is a small town with miles of sandy beaches and the usual entertainments of a coastal resort.
The house is set in private grounds with a large lawn overlooking Cardigan Bay. There is garden furniture and BBQ at the house.
There is ample car parking for several cars.
The ground floor offers spacious reception rooms , ideal for large gatherings and groups with ample seating for everyone.
