If you are looking for somewhere very special to stay for a holiday, break or as the venue to celebrate a special occasion or event then award winning Rhynagarrie Mill may well be the answer. Sleeping up to 10 + 2 guests in 5 spacious bedrooms there is plenty of room for the whole party. This beautiful converted barley mill retains many of the original features cleverly entwined with contemporary furnishings and facilities.
Wonderful views, large living areas and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area makes Rhynagarrie Mill the ideal holiday rental for large families and friends. Outside the open grounds of the mill lead you to a multitude of walks available from the front door. Dogs x 2 are also welcome here.
Enjoy the peace of your surroundings in the natural garden which is not enclosed. It also features a small stream, which formerly ran the existing mill wheel. On summer days you can also use the BBQ.
The spacious sitting room with two areas offering plenty of seating is where you can relax in front of the roaring open fire at one end. Steps lead up to a large kitchen with a 4 door AGA as well as a full-size oven and hob and wide range of modern appliances. The adjoining dining area has a large table which seats 12, and enjoys long views of the garden and across the Spey valley to Benrinnes. The roomy utility room is ideal for storing outdoor equipment, has a second fridge, small freezer with a larger chest chest freezer in the garage. Under floor heating is throughout the ground floor.
First Floor Description
An open tread stairway built like a tower connects to the mezzanine and first floor. On the mezzanine you will find two bedrooms, one contains the top of the mill stone and a superking bed with a bathroom and shower. The second has twin beds and a shower room. All have been delightfully furnished with attractive fabrics and electric blankets. Heading up to the first floor, you will discover a further twin room and shower room. The master bedroom, complete with vaulted ceiling and stunning views has a superking bed and bathroom with a shower.
Second Floor and Above Description
A staircase leads you up to a spacious attic twin room with panoramic views.. It is a perfect place for the younger members. It also has two additional trundle beds to accommodate extra little guests. There is also a high chair and travelling cot

The house faces south and enjoys long views to Benrinnes mountain and several foothills From the north it is protected by woodland
