Shiningford Manor - Luxury manor house for large groups Peak District
Shiningford Manor offers extended families and large groups luxury accommodation, and the perfect venue to celebrate or take a break together in a fabulous Grade II listed house that dates back to 1804. The venue offers groups beautiful accommodation for up to 19 guests. The house is located near the shores of Carsington Water, which make a superb setting for an outdoor holiday. Wonderful facilities include a hot tub and outdoor swimming pool.
The 9 bedrooms & 6 bathrooms are decorated and furnished in a contemporary style, yet still in keeping with the glorious rural setting. The spectacular dining hall can host your celebrations, with solid oak long tables and chairs. For a cosy location in winter, there is a log burner.
The farmhouse kitchen boasts a large AGA cooker, and is fully equipped for either self-catering or caterers.
The lounge, with comfy sofas, LCD TV, DVD player & iPod docking station, gives you somewhere to relax during the evenings.
The Manor provides plenty of space and an abundance of bedrooms, ideal for that special occasion. There are extensive gardens and an orchard behind.
WIFI available free of charge.
Dogs are welcome for an extra charge of £30 per pooch.
Shiningford Manor can also be rented out with The Stables or The Tack Room, for groups of up to 19-35.
Catering, pampering and outdoor activities can be added onto your reservation if pre-booked in advance.

Outside Description
Shiningford has sprawling gardens, with guests of The Manor having private access to the garden and orchard behind. The front garden, with a children's play frame, is for the shared use of The Manor and Stables.
The Manor has a private patio, in which you can find the hot tub, a BBQ and garden furniture.
Shiningford has an outdoor swimming pool, open from May-October, which is shared between guests of The Manor and The Stables. We also offer exclusive use of Shiningford, for groups of up to 35.
From the bottom of the drive, cross over to get directly onto the Carsington Reservoir trail, and 8 mile long cycle or walking path.
