Sundial House is a beautiful beach-front property with uninterrupted views of the Jurassic Coast in Lyme Regis. The House, which can sleep 9 guests in 5 bedrooms, is perfectly suited for special occasions and family celebrations and is the ideal place to explore this fascinating area of the South West.
Guests will enjoy three floors of this wonderfully historic house which boasts plenty of periodic charm. There are of course the modern creature comforts too with free wifi, a flat-screen TV and fully equipped kitchen all to make your stay as relaxing as possible.
The star of the show is the area; just few steps from Lyme Regis Front Beach - designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and part of the UNESCO World heritage site and ever-popular with fossil hunters, and only 550 yards from Dinosaurland Fossil Museum. The best spot to look over the beach has to be the balcony with panoramic views over Lyme Bay.
Guests can also some great walks nearby, with it’s location on the South West coastal path or make the most of the garden. Keen anglers can also charter a boat from the harbour and enjoy the bay from the water. There are also an array of quality restaurants and pubs in the town for those that like to eat out.

There is a terrace on the upper ground floor with seating great for people watching and enjoying the views.
Large lounge with comfy sofas and chairs. Downstairs bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and washing machine. There's a small outside area which is nice and cool in the height of summer..
First Floor Description
Dining room with sofa and great sea views. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and 5 place hob.
Second Floor and Above Description
The second floor has the master bedroom at the front with a king size bed and sea views. At the back are two interconnecting rooms, one with a single bed and the other with bunk beds. Access to the garden from this bedroom. There are more fine views from the garden.
The third floor has a double bedroom at the front with king size bed and sea views. At the back is a double bedroom accessed through a bathroom with toilet and shower over bath.
Window Views Description
Front rooms have wonderful sea views and of the Jurassic coastline including Golden Cap.
