The Beach House in superbly located on the north Cornwall coast and offers luxury accommodation for large groups and extended families. This is the ideal Cornish venue to celebrate a special occasion, holiday or reunion. The house is just a stroll away from the South West coastal footpath and is a walker’s paradise.
The Beach House has been furnished to a very high standard and offers guests luxurious living accommodation. The house can sleep 12 adults and 4 children in 7 spacious bedrooms. The dining room is large enough to seat the whole party, and there is lots of other ground floor living space allowing the group to spread out. Choose to relax in the conservatory, unwind in the sauna, play table tennis or pool in the games room, or enjoy a glass of something cold on the balcony with some of the best sea views in Cornwall.
Outside the gardens are equally as spacious with areas for both children and adults to relax or play. Guests can also eat together al fresco while enjoying the splendid sea views. There is also parking available for 7 cars.
The house itself is located in Port Isaac, a beautiful fishing village as seen on the popular TV series Doc Martin. Port Isaac is ideally located for nearby stunning beaches, water sports, idyllic Cornish villages and popular tourist attractions. also home of the Fishermans Friends shanty singers who have just had a film released
of their rise to stardom .and sing down at the harbour in the summer.

Downstairs Description
The former St Andrews Hotel gives the visitor a very warm and spacious feel as soon as you walk into the 40ft conservatory, with its local slate floor and stunning views that reach up to Tintagel cliffs.
Guests say the house oozes a homely feel as well as being chic . The sandy floorboards lead through to the kitchen where it boasts a Aga as well as a range to cater for groups of 16 guests , together with a large dining area for all to seat for a dining experience looking out to sea .
Guests tell us that its the best house that they have stayed at where it is so well equipped .
Follow out towards the courtyard and you will find a games room ,with a full sized table tennis, Pool table table football, and a sauna and shower. along with a downstairs toilet.
The courtyard can also be accessed from the games room where picknick tables can be enjoyed whilst enjoying the smell of fresh fish cooking on the BBQ.. Steps lead up to a large decked area with table chairs and garden .
First Floor Description
There are two double bedrooms as well as a twin room. two of which has fantastic sea views all on suite.
Second Floor and Above Description
There are three double bedrooms all on suite again with fantastic sea views , The third bedroom leads from our family room which has two 3ft bunks .
Window Views Description
What more can we say The sea is so close you can almost taste it. with the long distant footpath 100 mts away.
