The Beech Tree is a beautiful historic house, delightfully located in the village of Coniston in the heart of the Lake District National Park. Dating back to late 18 century The Beech Tree is a stone built house that is both elegant and comfortable.
The main house has 10 bedrooms with 9 located on the second floor. Five of these are ensuite and another two have their own shower. There are two lounges, a large dining room and a well equipped kitchen at your disposal.
This part of The Lake District offers glorious mountain scenery, beautiful lake and countryside views and provides the ideal base for walking, climbing, jogging, fell running, rowing, sailing, cycling, mountain biking and fishing.

Very large well kept garden . There is also a large parking space in front of the house.
Here there is a large dining room sitting up to eighteen people and two lounges each sitting around 8 people comfortably. There is a medium sized kitchen, utilities room with driers and fridges and a games room with pool table. There is also a downstairs communal toilet and one large twin bedroom.
Second Floor and Above Description
Here are the 10 bedrooms- 5 are ensuite, 2 have their own shower and their own toilet across the corridor. Two toilets a bath and a shower exist for the other three rooms.
Window Views Description
From the downstairs windows there are views of the garden with its large trees . The upstairs windows offer views of the mountains and forests that make up this area.
