With 4 bedrooms the house is ideal for larger families or friends to getaway together and enjoy the stunning North Norfolk coast.
This contemporary three storey holiday rental boasts breathtaking panoramic views out towards Brancaster Staithe Harbour, Scolt Head Island, Brancaster beach and the Royal West Norfolk Golf Club.
Immaculately presented the house has been luxuriously styled by the professional interior designer owners, with no expense spared to make it the perfect place for a very special stay. On winter evenings, snuggle up in front of the wood burning stove or on long summer days, have pre-dinner drinks on one of the three balconies before opening up the huge bi-fold kitchen doors and stepping out into the courtyard garden for a barbecue. The indoor and outdoor spaces combine to make the perfect Norfolk escape.

Outside Description
There is plenty of parking at the front of the house, and there is a fully enclosed paved South facing courtyard garden accessed from the kitchen, or the back door, and also through the back gate.
Downstairs Description
Step inside the front door into a spacious hallway leading to a large well equipped kitchen/dining area with bi-fold doors out to the south facing courtyard garden. There is a separate utility room on the ground floor as well as a cloakroom and king sized bedroom with walk in en suite shower room, making life easy for multi-generational families.
First Floor Description
The first floor sitting room has stunning sea views, so slide open the doors for a drink or two on the balcony watching the sun set to the west. Or in the winter curl up on the cosy sofas with the fire lit and watch Sky TV.
The master bedroom and bathroom are also on the first floor and feature a gorgeous south facing balcony. The indulgent bedroom suite comes with a luxuriously appointed en suite with free standing bath, walk in shower and dressing room area.
Second Floor Description
On the top floor there are two further bedrooms sharing a walk in shower room. The front bedroom has a king sized bed, its own balcony and far reaching views of the marsh and sea beyond. The top south facing bedroom has twin beds and is light and spacious with views over the fields to Barrow Common.
Window Views Description
The best views are from the first and second floors. To the South, you can see fields leading up to Barrow Common. To the North, there are panoramic views of the harbour leading out to sea and Scolt Head Island.
