The delightful holiday cottage has everything that a couple could possibly need during their stay. After a day of exploration return to a cosy sitting room with a log burner; a comfortable bedroom with lovely views; a well-equipped kitchen and a good shower room. The Clock Tower is a small one bedroomed detached cottage set to the rear of the main house on the Barton Court estate. This bijou little brick and stone 18th century cottage, part of the estate of Barton Court on the edge of the village of Colwall between Ledbury and Malvern.
The house is close to but separate from the main house that is part of the Barton Court estate.
Outside at the rear is a little garden with patio area dedicated to the cottage where you will find plenty of herbs and sensory plants growing. Through the opening into the walled garden, is the hot tub and BBQ area. Connected to the house via a small door is an enclosed kennel run. There is parking for one car.
The front door opens into a cosy sitting room that offers comfy sofas to sit on and a small table to eat at. The large inglenook has a log burner for chilly winter days but the cottage has its own biomass fuelled central heating.
A corridor leads from the sitting room to a ground floor shower room and to the well equipped and quirky kitchen.
From the kitchen, you walk out into the garden and through an opening in the wall to the hot tub and BBQ area that faces the Malvern Hils
First Floor Description
Stairs lead up from the sitting room to a vaulted bedroom dominated by the high level clock housing and a beautiful antique French sleigh bed
Window Views Description
The ground floor windows look out onto the little cottage garden and the countryside. From the bedroom are wonderful views of the Malvern Hills.
