The East Wing, formed from slightly more than half of Alexander House, offers elegant, but with a contemporary twist self-catering for 6-12 Guests, in 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, ideal for 2 families with two separate sleeping floors, or a group of friends. The kitchen has everything you could need, from the scrubbed pine kitchen table to seat everyone in comfort, a 50inch TV with Sky and Sky Sports, American Fridge freezer, 2 dishwashers, range cooker, microwave, toasters, Nespresso coffee machine and kettles.
The drawing room has a games cupboard, card table and stunning open fire, perfect for winter evenings and a glass of something warming.
Guests will love the covered and heated swimming pool and hot tub there is also plenty of lawns and a children's play area, south facing courtyard.
Outside the East Wing has its own private South facing courtyard garden, with covered heated swimming Pool, hot tub, gas bbq, and ample seating. Out the front are more grounds, partly shared with the West Wing. There is a private children's play area for each Wing. There is an outside patio to the front of the property with magnificent views to the highlands and further seating for up to 20. The views are simply breathtaking.
Arrive through the front door with the inscription 'I to the hills will life mine eyes' you find a spacious hallway for coats and boots, with a stunning circular dining table, seating up to 18. Through the dining hall you find the drawing room with vast open fire, bay window with cards table and comfy but elegant seating for everyone to gather together. Through the drawing room you find the vast entertaining kitchen, with table to seat 16, 60 inch tv, tan leather sofa seating area, and the perfect entertaining kitchen area, range cooker, American fridge freezer, 2 dishwashers, 2 kettles, 2 toasters, and plenty of space for the most creative of chefs.
First Floor Description
Up the spiral staircase from the hallway you find the first floor, with the master suite, and a further 3 ensuite bedrooms, 1 double and two twin/double. All are elegantly furnished and appointed with flat screen TV's.
Second Floor and Above Description
The second floor comprises a further two bedrooms with a triple/double and a twin, ideal for a family who want to tuck themselves away. On this floor there is a further seating area with TV.
Window Views Description
From every window there is a different breathtaking view, whether it is the Ochils right behind us, The Highlands in front and to the East of us, The Sidlaw Hills to our West, or simply the plan view of Gleneagles Hotel and golf courses, the landscape is constantly changing and moving.
