Located in the village of Westmeston at the foot of the South Downs, the property is the perfectly positioned for exploring the beautiful countryside. There are two pubs in walking distance and the lively city of Brighton is just 30 minutes' drive south with its wealth of shops, restaurants and bars.

Completing the interior is a good sized bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Underfloor heating runs throughout the property, keeping the studio comfortably heated during the cooler months.
The property features large, bi-fold doors spanning the full length of the frontage. Not only do they fill the space with light, in the warmer months, the doors can be fully opened to bring the outdoors in. The secluded south-wast facing garden with large paved terrace is a lovely spot from which to soak up the sunshine. Dine al fresco at the outdoor dining table or lie back and relax in the hot tub.
