If you are looking to get it all as a small family or two couples then The Old Bakehouse on the outskirts of North Leigh village may well be the perfect choice. Ideal for walkers and dog owners the recently converted barn has been awarded 4 star by Visit England.
This cottage in the country is ideally situated on a rare breed stock farm next to the farmhouse, between Witney and Woodstock on the edge of the Cotswolds and is spotlessly clean (awarded 100% for cleanliness in the recent inspection) and is comfortable and cosy. The accommodation comprises of 2 ground floor en-suite bedrooms which makes the farm cottage fully accessible, traditional kitchen with original bread oven and copper. A large conservatory with doors opening onto court yard garden. Upstairs large sitting/television room, fully beamed.
There is an abundance of wildlife with Welsh Pony foals and lambs beside the private third of a mile drive, barn owls, red shank etc.. all in close proximity to the cottage.
Well behaved dogs and horses are very welcome.
Walkers love staying here as there are some beautiful walks and bridlepaths from the front door or a public footpath which takes you into the Blenheim estate where you can walk for 4 miles in the woods and past the fabulous lakes and see the Palace
Situated on a working stock farm which is home to the Manorfields Herd of rare-breed Oxford Sandy and Black pigs, Manorfields Welsh Ponies (established 50+ years) and Manorfields Kerry Hill sheep. Field Farm is also a working horse livery yard. We also farm a commercial sheep flock.

Window Views Description
The Old Bakehouse at Field Farm dates back to the 17th century and is tastefully converted with immense character with many original features/beams/fireplace remaining. Beautiful views down the drive to the farmstead and the valley in the distance where the tributary runs and barn owls hunt.
