The Plovery is one of just three delightful, four star rating holiday properties at Church Farm Cottage. Ideally situated to explore the Yorkshire Wolds and beyond the cottages are perfect for holidays and special breaks at any time of the year. Dog friendly, the cottages are suitable for families, friends and couples.
The Plovery is situated within the attractive and spacious courtyard garden with it's own seating area and garden furniture. Parking for two cars is adjacent to the Plovery entrance.
The Plovery is dog friendly, and close to the cottage are two well kept grass paddocks where dogs can enjoy a good run.
The Plovery has been converted from stables and farm buildings dating back to the 1700's, now offering modern and comfortable accommodation, whilst preserving the character of the distinctive buildings of the original East Riding farmstead.
All of the accommodation in The Plovery is on ground floor level, with a few steps leading down to the property entrance. A split level entrance hall leads to a wc/shower room. To the right is a large bedroom with en suite facilities, and to the left the spacious open plan living accommodation comprising of a kitchen, dining and lounge area. There is a second bedroom at the far end of the cottage accessed through the lounge area. Each bedroom can be configured as either a twin or double room.
Window Views Description
The Plovery enjoys pleasant views of the courtyard garden and pond from all of the living areas throughout the property. The original arched openings offer a particularly pleasant outlook.
