All on one floor the cottages has: 1 bedroom with kingsize bed, bedside cabinets, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There are 2 windows to the front and one to the rear with window seat, giving views of the garden and lake beyond. Bathroom has a bath, walk in shower, toilet, hand basin and radiator. Some toiletries are provided. Hall has a book case with a selection of books and there is a cupboard housing hoover, mop & bucket, Ironing board and cushions for outside seating. Sky light. The Sitting Room has a sofa and armchair, coffee table housing games and jigsaw, 3 side tables, TV unit with TV and Freesat box. Double doors lead from to the front of property. Sky light. Kitchen has fridge/freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, and grill, kitchen table with 4 chairs and double doors leading out to the rear enclosed garden.
Window Views Description
To the front you over look the courtyard, neighbouring farmhouse and owners property. To the rear you over look the garden with lake behind and far reaching views of the hills.
