The School House in Burton-le-Coggles, is a cosy cottage for couples in a quaint, quiet village, at the heart of the Easton Estate in the Lincolnshire Vales. Guests will be happy to note that the award-winning pub The Cholmeley Arms is a short stroll away.
The School House has been refurbished to a very high standard and although cosy is spacious and airy. The Reading Room with its library of books, dining room table and laptop desk and unlimited wireless internet, leads off the kitchen towards the lovely sitting room with a log burning stove and Freeview TV
Upstairs, accessed via the wide Victorian stairs, is one lovely, cosy double bedroom with Super-King size double bed and a huge bathroom with double-ended bath and walk-in shower.
The holiday cottage is dog friendly and guests have full access to Easton Walled Gardens during their stay.
The Estate is close to some of the finest market towns and stately homes in England. Experience rolling, tranquil countryside, picturesque stone villages, friendly neighbours, a popular pub with farm shop, beautiful gardens and picture-perfect accommodation.
The School House has a lovely cottage garden, with a patio area with outdoor seating. There is also a lawn and a small vegetable garden from which guests can pick the vegetables.
You enter the cottage through a quaint porch and step into a fully fitted kitchen, equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer/,dishwasher and washer/dryer. This leads into The Reading Room which has a library of books, a dining table and a laptop desk and the original stone flagged floor. There is also a separate sitting room with a log-burner (unlimited logs are available) and a TV.
First Floor Description
The wide but steepish stairs lead up to a cosy bedroom with a Super-King sized bed and a wardrobe and also to teh huge bathroom with double sink, bath and separate walk-in shower.
