The Stables is one of just three beautiful holiday cottages at Sambrook Manor holiday cottages. Sleeping up to 6 guests this two storey modern barn conversion offers high quality accommodation in a peaceful courtyard setting and situated on the other side of the courtyard to the other two cottages.
On the ground floor is a double bedroom with exposed beams, vaulted ceiling and an en-suite wet room. The underfloor heated wet room has a large walk in shower area, W/C with adjacent sink, grab rails and a large wall hung basin. A wheeled shower chairs is available if needed. Also on the ground floor is a large fully fitted kitchen/diner with 50/50 fridge freezer, electric oven & hob, a full sized dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer.

The cottage situated in the quintessential English village of Sambrook is delightful and has a good pub serving local food and is within walking distance. Located on the Shropshire/Staffordshire border is in a prime location to explore both counties.
The double doors in the living room lead you out onto a patio area with table, chairs, sun umbrella and BBQ, there are a variety of shrubs around the patio area to give some privacy, a small strip of grass goes along the front of the cottage with a short sandstone wall. Off road parking next to the cottage is available for two cars and other parking is available in the court yard.
The Stables has a downstairs double bedroom with wet-room en-suite suitable for wheelchair users, this bedroom has some lovely features with sliding barn door into the e-suite and part of the bedroom has a vaulted ceiling with sky light and electric blind making it very light and airy. The kitchen has a full set of units on two walls and is equipped with dishwasher, 50:50 fridge freezer, washing machine, electric cooker & hob and microwave a good selection of pot, pans, crockery and glasses to cater for all your needs. The dining table with 8 chairs makes up one part of the kitchen The living room has two large leather settee's as well as a variety of other easy chairs, smart TV, DVD player and Wii console are all provided. A set of double doors in the living room lead out to the patio area and the sitars lead from the living room to the upstairs bedrooms.
First Floor Description
At the top of the stairs there is a large family bedroom which has a double & single bed and lots of space. There is a family bathroom with WC, sink a bath with shower over. At the far end of the upstairs is a double bedroom with a shower room en-suite, all rooms are light & airy having either a window, skylight or both.
Window Views Description
This cottage is on the far side of the courtyard and therefore all windows look out onto the courtyard, our other two cottages Churn cottage and The Old Shippon both look out onto the open Shropshire countryside. The modern features and living space of The Stables more than make up for the courtyard views.
